Scope and legal basis

This data protection declaration is intended to inform the users of this website or homepage about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by SKI Ingenieurges. mbH based in Hanover (website operator).

The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. As new technologies and the continuous development of this website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you read the data protection declaration again at regular intervals.

Access data

SKI Ingenieurges. mbH collects data on access to the website and stores it on the website server on the basis of a legitimate interest (see art. 6 par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO). The following data is logged in this way:

IP address used These data are stored for a maximum of 14 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of misuse. If data have to be deleted for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.

If you contact us through the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your enquiry.

If you contact us via our contact form, we will use the data you have entered exclusively for the purpose of processing or to inform you of relevant circumstances. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

To send a message via the contact form, a valid (valid) e-mail address, first and last name and a telephone number are required. Integration of third-party services and content

Our offer may include content, services and performances of other providers. These include maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") thus perceive the IP address of the respective user.

Although we make every effort to use only third-party providers who only need the IP address to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. YouTube plugins are used to integrate and display videos on our homepage. The video portal is provided by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

Calling a page with an integrated YouTube plugin connects to YouTube's servers. Through the existing connection YouTube learns which pages you have accessed on our websites.
